This is a trade name for a type of temperature-compensated vaporizer which fits into the back bar of an anaesthetic machine to deliver a controlled concentration of halothane into the carrier gas (usually nitrous oxide and oxygen). The Mk2, now being phased out, has poor accuracy at low gas flow rates. The Mk3 and Mk4 versions improve on this.
