A three-way connector for inclusion in the breathing circuit during anaesthesia. It has two wide-bore connectors which are in line and a narrow side arm for the fresh gas feed. It can be used in the T-piece circuit to provide non-rebreathing anaesthesia without the resistance to exhalation introduced by the usual expiratory valve.
